Kombucha is a fermented tea made with a Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY.) It is typically fermented with cane sugar in a fermentation process. The finished product is a tangy, slightly carbonated, and filled with beneficial bacteria which is said to help with digestion and immune function.
Flying Embers Organic Hard Kombucha is fermented with an adaptogenic base of ginger, turmeric, ashwagandha and astragalus. Individual flavors include Cherry Hibiscus Lime, Orange Passion Mimosa and Pineapple Sunset. Flying Embers is certified USDA organic, vegan, gluten free, not pasteurized.
